MAP Testing
MAP stands for Measures of Academic Progress. MAP is an online assessment that is aligned to common core
standards. MAP is an adaptive, computerized test. MAP tests the following areas: Reading, Language Usage, and Mathematics.

The purpose of MAP is to measure the academic status at which a student is performing, and to calculate academic growth over time. Therefore, OCA gives MAP testing three times a year: once at the beginning of the year, once mid-year, and once at the end of the year.

Please try to have your WELL RESTED child be at school for testing. However, if your child is sick, there are plenty of make-up test times.
